In addition to this is the light sea breeze, that means in January, Hainan's coolest month, the average temperature is a pleasant 16℃.
In 2016 the province strictly maintained a new eco-strategy. The strategy, named “blue waters and green hills are our silver and gold”, was firmly established to raise awareness for the protection of the local environment and ecosystems.
