CRIENGLISH.com reporter, Zhao Pingping, caught up with renowned Chinese film director Ning Hao to discuss his recent box-office hit, "No Man's Land" making the shortlist for the Golden Bear award at the 2014 Berlin International Film Festival. The discussion didn't stop there, as the two discussed the director's upcoming film, "Wanming Xiehou," the difficulty Chinese films face receiving recognition at the Oscars in America, and the importance, or lack thereof, that fame and awards carry for filmmakers.
