China plans to enhance the public's awareness of environmental protection by ensuring their access to the environmental information and encouraging their participation in environmental protection activities, according to a newly-released guideline.The guideline, co-issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration, the Ministry of Education and the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee
