It's joyful to go for a walk in the spring, especially for visitors to Beijing's Shicha Lake, where you could meet "beauties from the past".

Several young girls wearing Han-style clothes paid a visit to the lake on Sunday. They were said to be fans of these traditional costumes.

Shicha Lake, now a scenic spot and a must-go place for visitors to the capital city, was built in the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368).
