First Store Gets HACCP Certificate

  A food store in Shanghai has been rewarded with the first HACCP certificate in China to ensure that foods offered to the consumers are safe to eat.
  
  The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point certificate, is given to companies with food safety management systems.
  
  The staff at the shop wear protective clothing, each shop assistant must clean their hands in six steps before going on duty and the food is kept at the perfect temperature.
  
  Its advanced software can recall food quickly if there‘s anything wrong with it.
  
  Food safety is one of the top concerns for residents in China.
