North-South Beijing Subway Line Undergoes Test Run(1)

A new subway line in Beijing, which is expected to be put into operation at the end of this September, underwent a test run on Monday.
The First newspaper reported that Line 5, connecting the north and south in the Chinese capital, is 27.6 kilometers long, featuring 24 stations.
It runs from Taipingzhuangbei to Songjiazhuang, crossing various important locations in the city center.
