BEIJING, March 14 (Xinhua) -- The First Session of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the top political advisory body, began its closing ceremony here Friday morning.
Jia Qinglin, who was reelected chairman of the CPPCC National Committee on Thursday, is to deliver a speech at the closing ceremony.
