A king-size tent, measuring ten metres by eight metres, was on display at a biggest ever tent show in Longhushan, a tourist resort in east China's Jiangxi province. With a height of 1.8 meters, the tent has three bedrooms and two guest rooms as well as a kitchen. It is reported to be the largest tent in China.

It was among the highlights of the Second Longhushan International Tent Festival, a three-day event which opened on Saturday, drawing some 3,500 participants from 385 sports clubs.

Combined with group activities such as rock climbing, drifting, and bonfire parties, along with calls from organizers to protect the environment, the festival also serves as a forum for outdoor sports lovers, a local newspaper reports.
