China's 'The Bad Kids' picked to be Variety's top 15 dramas of 2020

Variety magazine has revealed its best international TV series of 2020 as part of its year-end review.

Chinese web drama "The Bad Kids" was ranked as one of the 15 TV dramas from all over the world.

The 12-episode gritty crime thriller depicts the troubles that arise after three children accidentally film a murder.

The American magazine describes the drama as "one of the first local Chinese dramas capable of truly standing up to foreign series in its storytelling, cinematography, and performances."
