Pelosi wears same dress at both Trump impeachment hearings

Many eagle-eyed American netizens found that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi wore a very familiar outfit during Wednesday’s impeachment hearing for President Donald Trump.

It was the same dress as she wore in 2019 at Trump's first impeachment hearing.

ABC News compared the two looks, noting that Pelosi first wore the dress with a gold mace Ann Hand brooch. But this latest time, she did not wear the accessory; instead, she wore a floral print face mask.

People took to Twitter to discuss her repeat impeachment looks. One said that “Nancy Pelosi wearing the exact same outfit for the impeachment trial today that she did for his last impeachment is everything I needed to see today.” Another joked that the look is Pelosi’s “impeachment-purpose dress.”

Wednesday's hearing made Trump the first U.S. president in history to be impeached by Congress twice. Ten Republicans voted along with all Democrats to charge the president for his involvement in the violent protest at Capitol Hill on January 6.
