cǐ dì wú yín sān bǎi liǎng

此地cǐ dì means this place, and 无银wú yín means there is no silver.三百两Sān bǎi liǎng is three hundred taels of silver. A guilty person usually would give himself away by conspicuously protesting his innocence.
