广西贫困山区学校之变 Many measures carried forward for poverty alleviation work in Guangxi

Due to harsh(艰苦的 jiānkǔ de) environmental conditions(条件 tiáojiàn) such as(例如 lìrú) the stony desertification and mountainous landform, Dahua County in Guangxi has long been a less developed area. In recent years, local government carried out many measures(措施 cuòshī) for the poverty alleviation work(脱贫工作 tuōpín gōngzuò). The government helped local people build roads(修路 xiū lù), repair houses(修房子 xiū fángzi) and improve education(改善教育 gǎishàn jiàoyù).
