Zongzi is a traditional(传统 chuántǒng) food(食物 shíwù) for the Dragon Boat Festival(端午节), which falls on June 7 this year. Different plant juices(汁 zhī) are used to color(染色 rǎnsè) the glutinous rice(糯米 nuòmǐ) when making the colorful Zongzi.
