Wuhan, the epicenter of the novel coronavirus outbreak in central China's Hubei Province, has closed all(全部的 quánbù de) of its 16 public facility-turned temporary hospitals(临时医院 línshí yīyuàn) as the number of COVID-19 patients continues to drop(下降 xiàjiàng) in the city. The hospitals were converted from public venues such as exhibition centers(展览馆 zhǎnlǎn guǎn) and stadiums(体育馆 tǐyù guǎn) in early February in an effort to treat patients with mild symptoms(轻症患者 qīng zhèng huànzhě) and isolate(隔离 gélí) the source of infections(传染源 chuánrǎn yuán) amid strained medical resources.
