​Tokyo Olympics to be postponed until 2021

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced(宣布) on Tuesday that Japan(日本) and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) have agreed to postpone(推迟) the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games by one year. It will be held before summer in 2021.

The two sides agreed that "the Olympic flame(奥运圣火) will stay(留) in Japan. It was also agreed that the Games will keep the name Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020."
