The "Coconut City Excellent Talent Plan" innovatively proposes to set up a special establishment of "Coconut City Excellent Talent", which will be used exclusively for the introduction of talents, with the total amount controlled, managed separately and converted for use on a weekly basis, so as to effectively solve the problem of insufficient establishment of some institutions in urgent need of talents.
