With a construction area of over 30,000 square meters, the second phase of Haiqiao Global Excellence (Haikou) Duty Free City is the largest and highest-grade duty-free shop on the island in Haikou.

The third phase of Haikou Duty Free City is planned to be completed in 2022. It will actively negotiate and cooperate with top international luxury brands, explore innovative and differentiated development, focus on introducing heavy luxury brands, attract middle and high-end consumption back to Hainan, smooth the domestic and international double cycle, and promote the quality upgrade of Hainan Duty Free.
